The Supreme Court Zambia recently rejected an appeal from the Ventriglias regarding challenging the higher Court of Appeal’s decision on Portland Cement. After Lusaka High Court and after higher Court of Appeal, the case of Portland Cement Zambia seemed to be over. However, the Ventriglia family suddenly decided to challenge the decision from the higher Court of Appeal.
